Lifeline is an easy-to-use personal response service that ensures that older adults living at home get quick assistance whenever it is needed – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Contact us directly or if you contact Lifeline refer to Code IN808.

Financial Information

Many services are covered by a third party payor. We have access to coverage guidelines, which will help us answer your questions for the following:

  • Medicaid
  • Social Service Block Grant Funds
  • Title III
  • Title XX
  • Veterans Administration
  • State specific funding for eligible older adults and disabled clients

Private Pay rates are established for those who do not meet third party criteria for coverage.

Who May Benefit From Services

Anyone may request service. A care manager will answer any questions you may have and will schedule a convenient time to have a unit brought to your home. We will teach you how to use the Lifeline Unit and verify it is functioning properly.
