Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
Therapy is crucial in restoring function, mobility and
strength. Adapting your environment to meet your medical needs, identifying
techniques and equipment to improve activities of daily living and restoring
communication capability is the focus of our professional therapists.
Medical Social Services
Counseling, advocacy and resource identification is the
focus of the Medical Social Work profession. Illness or disability compounds
the need for this service.
Home Health Aide
Personal care needs may include bathing assistance, an
exercise program, assistance with meals and daily activities. Our services are
provided through employees who are carefully screened and certified in their
job responsibilities.
Attendants, Companions and Homemakers
We offer assistance with daily activities not usually
covered by medical insurance. Meal preparation, laundry, shopping, house
cleaning, errands and respite for caregivers are examples of services provided.

Anyone may request service. A care manager will speak with
you about your concerns, identify options and schedule an assessment. Should
