and peace of mind are the benefits of arranging a customized package of
services.
Housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, shopping, arranging
for maintenance and repair, companionship while attending appointments, and
arranging for transportation are just a few of the services offered. Clients
may individualize their service plan to meet their particular needs. Services
may also be grouped in a package to allow for more cost effective planning.

Many services are covered by a third party payor. We have
access to coverage guidelines, which will help us answer your questions for the

Anyone may request service. A care manager will speak with
you about your concerns, identify options and schedule an assessment. Should
medical services be needed, we will ask permission to contact your physician.
